I was wondering how everyones bodies deal with stress. Its a weird question I know but Im curious. Everybody seems to have a different reaction to it ranging from hives to weight loss. Im currently under a lot of stress with my midterms and finals coming up soon. Usually I get sick when under a lot of stress but every once in awhile I get this one specific reaction- which I currently have now. I get these super tiny bumps all over my face. They are not hives and you cant see them unless you are up in my face looking. They are not fun. They make the texture of my skin look bad plus they can get dry and itchy. Im just grateful that they arent red but the same color as my skin. Im pretty sure my body just hates me at this point. So how does your body respond to stress?

haha, I've got quite a few bottles of benedryl!!! I'm allergic to way too much stuff, and when I'm stressed I'm such a B word, I hate me when I'm stressed, cuss me out and everything! yeah, lol.

Those are probably hives, not all hives are red and itchy. I used to get those in HS and college, from stress. Try benedril or something similar.
I get a very nervous stomach and can't sleep when I'm stressed out.
